Are you subscribed to all necessary mods used by the blueprints? Sadly you have to do that manually. They should be listed on each individual blueprint page.

Me and a few other people are using these blueprints regularly and we haven't encountered such problems yet. If it still persists after checking the mods, please point to blueprints that are problematic.
