Unfortunately, at least half of that stuff is not possible. However, I think DS Terrains and Climates's Extreme climates have more tornadoes.

There is something about climate but nothing about antropogenic climate change, like more tornados, hurricanes, change in precipitation events, heatwaves, droughts, sea level rise, mass migrations... and more to come... and it would be great to have at least one of those to help people undeastrand the real situation of our days.

I saw the climate files somewhere, but I haven't messed with those yet. Maybe I could do something later, but I make no promises.
