this will only work for the original left 4 dead 2 version before any dlc updates with left 4 dead 1. I tried this out before and it crashes immediately

So this mod kinda works. You would only be able to use it on offline games for the models to show up. It however doesn't show up in public games and you will only be able to hear them. Hope this was helpful
