Well, as a matter of fact, the answer to both of your questions is the same, no. These tug of wars were designed for people to watch instead of play(You could though, no one's stopping you), and they operate on in-game triggers, not custom AI.

@kalvinalvaro Have you tried extracting the mod file and placing it directly into resource? Or maybe check your mod version, I made the tug of war with the newest version of great war realism mod
