Isn't Parameswara or Iskandar Shah as name better?
From a foreigner's point of view, it's hard to recognize just Iskandar because of Alexander.

Love this civ but the specialty district is full production cost? I was super bummed building my first one

Only one additional population, but the effect is notable. I think having an additional housing slot to go with it would be fitting.
