Idk why, but my game gives this place 9000 workplaces (suspect some population mod is doing that) utterly breaks commercial the game, kills demand for industry and commercial, and hampers residential growth that isnt within 1 mile of this building.

I take look on the LOD file and update the asset ; )

following up after putting down in my city, i noticed a floating grey shadow , which looks like windows, at some distance away from the main building. Is there probably a LOD problem?

imagine if they woulda put MetLife Stadium on the west side by the rail yards like originally planned..
