i spawned it in multiplayer and the effect wasnt working, do i need to own hdtf to get the flare effects??? it only emitted light like the original

It's the full fixed version, no need to have the original.

Is this just a better remake working remake of the original flare or do I have to have the original flare and this will fix it?
