for those commenting if yo have Rico/realistic population mod it should be fairly easy to have these building be high density and higher levels. I did this and it worked wonderfully

you should make these not appear in low density. These are amazing buildings but I cannot use because they take over my city even at level 1 residential zoning. :(

A lot of these buildings are Level 1 only, which means they disappear after a single level up, unfortunate, as these really do help diversify the skyline.

不适合用BUILDING THEME长一大片（现实中也没有那么密的）。个人体会有两种用法，配合PLOP THE GROWABLE使用，一是做小区（也就是“屋苑”，把间距拉开），二是用BUILDING THEME长一片“港式低密度住宅楼”（也就是旧楼），再用这高密度楼来点缀，体现一片旧区中冒起几栋“牙签楼”的效果（因为现实正是如此）。期待PART 2
