@moree704 I have re-tested the mod and confirmed it is working as intended. Try unsubscribe, verify your installation and resubscribe

The mod doesn't seem to work for me :( Made sure it was enabled but still a mideval start

Thank you! Going to share this with my friend. Quick suggestion: How about stealing from civ 4 and rather make the world congress the UN, or even cooler the League of Nations, and have it start in the modern era? One can choose to not be a member, but will suffer penalties in trade and grievance. Probably more work than I realise, though.

Any chance you could make a mod that has the World Congress start in the Renaissance Era?

@Archaon the Neverchosen Yeah lmao it caught me off guard the first game I played because I hadn't even met half the civs. Just as an added note for anybody concerned, this should not affect special sessions (i.e. emergencies).
