Texture is a bit messy! It appears just fine in the playermodel selector, but the texture is a bit messy in-game (thirdperson views)!

Ok because i want to put it on the server but the owner doesnt want it on there since it says errors

It's notthing to worry about, the "error" is just a anunsed line of code that used to be required in GMOD before the big update, I havn't gotten the chance to remove it. It does not flood the console or cause errors other then a notfication stating that the line of code doesn't make sense as it isn
t part of the engine's way of drawing player icons anymore.
