I live there. Very easy Access plus crafting is right here also. Also I did not have to bother with the stuck up Nobles...So NOT Noble!!!

@Dakhath, that is an odd situation and fix, thanks for posting the fix, perhaps one of the recent updates did something to the marketplace house .... guess it's time for another romp through Enderal.
Dakhath 14. sep. 2020 kl. 16:26
To anyone who's looking for an answer to the CTD problem: uninstall the mod (through the workshop menu in the launcher) and reinstall it. That fixes it for me. Old saves load fine now.
Dakhath 13. sep. 2020 kl. 21:25
I have no other mods and this is causing a CTD when I try to load any savegame. Disabling the mod fixes the problem, but it means I lose everything I had stored. Thoughts on what I can try to resolve this?

Thanks for the work you've put in either way; I understand if you don't have any ideas.

@jorgkiller ... in the Ark Marketplace, it has a For Sale sign and you have to buy the deed to it at the bank, then use the plaque by the door inside to furnish it.
jorgkiller 21. aug. 2020 kl. 12:46
Where can i find this house?
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 23. aug. 2019 kl. 23:05
@bigmac644, I downloaded and installed Better Ark, dB Enhanced Blood and Akropolis, I had no issues entering Ark thru the gates, with a teleport scroll or using mark/return, I was also able to enter the marketplace player house with no issues. I even started a new game from scratch and once I got to Ark I had no issues. I don't know what happened to your game, but the house mod is working fine for me with those other 3 mods you use installed, on top of the other 5 that I use.
bigmac644 8. aug. 2019 kl. 3:40
No luck with the load order. It's now directly under the enderal mod. I only have 4 mods installed. Better Ark, dB Enhanced Blood, Akropolis and this one. I am able to continue crashfree by disabling your house mod, but of course, I've lost everything I had stashed in there. Exactly what happens is, I cast a return to Ark scroll, animation plays. Loading screen displays, then crash to steam overlay... No matter what, anytime a load screen displays after any period of playing (without fast traveling), it crashed.
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 10. juli 2019 kl. 13:06
@bigmac644, I just loaded an old save, the game is fully updated, no changes to the house mod.
I ran from outside of Ark all the way into Ark and right into the marketplace player house with no issues. Do you have other mods loaded as well? Could be a load order conflict ... go into the launcher, data files, select the house mod and try moving it up directly under the main Enderal esm file (that's where mine is) and be sure to click the save changes button. If moving it to the top doesn't work, try moving it to the bottom of the list. Other than that, I'm not sure what's causing the issue for you. I can always try just opening the mod, saving it again, upload it and see if maybe that somehow fixes it. Let me know if the load order works or not.

Thanks you so much! Greatly appreciated. Best of luck! I'm starting to have withdrawals! :cfacepalm:
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 9. juli 2019 kl. 21:43
@bigmac644, I'll look into it and see what's up. Hopefully it's a simple fix.
bigmac644 8. juli 2019 kl. 14:07
Hi Xenophobe! I absolutely love your mod. In fact, I was using it when the newest Enderal patch was released. Unfortunately, the game CTD with this mod installed. I was not able to get to my house to recover all my kit I had stashed throughout (dang bounty on my head), so anytime the game loads from my old save file, the game CTD. I disabled this mod and viola, all's good. Unfortunately, I've lost all my great bits. Any chance of performing an update that makes your mod compatible with the latest patch? I sure hope so. Until then, I'm putting Enderal aside. I couldn't bear to replay the hours of gameplay I currently have in to get to where I am now. Regardless, best wishes and keep up the great work! Cheers.

Thanks for the answer and the effort , I like simple houses ,
moders tend to got right crazy with the decoration , I tend to like it functional
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 11. juni 2019 kl. 20:49
@thx1138j, the area under the stairs (same as the vanilla house) is an area I wanted to put functional bookshelves, but since I haven't figured out how to add them back (devs deleted the skyrim style bookshelf resources/scripts) I've not bothered with that area.

the table and dresser by the fireplace (same as the vanilla house) I didn't see any reason to change, though I agree the placement of the dresser is rather silly.
thx1138j 9. juni 2019 kl. 23:05
for the downstair any chance of clearing out the recess to the right of the bedroom , it's ugly and impractical ?
also the table in front of the dresser is plain silly
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 17. apr. 2019 kl. 15:50
@UK_John, like the vanilla player house, you still have to click the board by the door inside and pay the 300 pennies. this mod simply makes the upper floor complete, rearranges stuff and adds the cooking station at the fire place ... when purchased at the board for the 300 pennies.
UK_John 17. apr. 2019 kl. 12:16
Sorry, but installed the mod through launcher and the marketplace house is still totally empty!
t-macdonnell 14. apr. 2019 kl. 19:30
Say, i was wondering if someone knows who the chick in the painting with the sun glasses is?
Gerustroncio 2. mar. 2019 kl. 13:23
ohhhh, damn... I wasted a lot of coin with blueprints then
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 2. mar. 2019 kl. 12:55
@Onarum, use the board by the door inside, 300 pennies furnishes it, I just modified the vanilla furnishing and expanded the upstairs.
Gerustroncio 2. mar. 2019 kl. 12:40
Excuse the ignorance, it's the first time I play Enderal.

But I just got the ark marketplace house, and there's nothing in it :P which I imagine is the point since I guess you're supposed to get blueprints for furniture and furnish it yourself.

But what it's the point of this mod then?
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 28. feb. 2019 kl. 8:02
@Daniel, thanks for that, nice to know the book bounds are set for most if not all. However, the bookshelf book place markers, storage, activators and scripts (for normal bookshelf function) were removed from the modified skyrim.esm and .bsa files. Still looking for a way to make it work though.
Daniel 27. feb. 2019 kl. 23:12
As of Enderal:FS, books should have their OBND set correctly unless they are one of the few that didn't get my new covers. You will however find many books that were placed in the world as "open books" that look fine in your inventory but will revert to the "open book" model when dropped in the world or placed in a bookshelf. I did mention that to the devs when making Book Covers Enderal and it was left as it was since bookshelves were not supported at that time.
alycyajane 25. feb. 2019 kl. 10:10
OK, no worries, suspected that was the case as I hadn't seen them anywhere. They seem to use a premade book storage instead (one that looks like a row of books that you can activate to "search books"). Thanks for answering though, and it's still a great improvement on the vanilla even without that :)
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 25. feb. 2019 kl. 7:06
@alycyajane, I've been considering trying to put the normal bookshelves in, I like to collect and display the books too. Problem is the regular bookshelves/storage/activators are missing from Enderal as far as I have found, also every Enderal book would need to have the book bounds set so they sit properly on the shelf without getting mashed together ... but I'm still looking to do it.
alycyajane 25. feb. 2019 kl. 4:07
Looks great, ty! Is there any way you could replace one of the shelf units with a proper bookcase, you know the ones you can activate and place books on and they then are displayed (like the one in Breezehome in main Skyrim), or is that not a thing in Enderal?
Sphynx 24. feb. 2019 kl. 8:10
Ah sorry, I forgot to write my last post in english. So yeah, @Xenophobe the mannequins are buggy, I figured that out by now. I see, that it's not a mod issue. Thank you for the information. :)
shy 24. feb. 2019 kl. 6:03
As long as this mod doesn't conflict with anything I'll def use it
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 24. feb. 2019 kl. 5:44
@gamer, that was the primary reason for this mod, then there was the completely cramped upstairs ....
shy 24. feb. 2019 kl. 1:23
I have no goddamn clue why the house doesn't have a cooking station in the first place
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 23. feb. 2019 kl. 16:41
@Sphynx, if you're referring to the mannequins like ppaladin123 suggested, that's not a mod issue. The mannequins are buggy in this game. In the vanilla version I had 2 of them walk thru the walls of the house ... I used the TCL console command and found them about 70 paces away hanging out in empty space.
ppaladin123 23. feb. 2019 kl. 15:23
He probably means the mannequins you can display armor sets on.
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 23. feb. 2019 kl. 15:09
@Sphynx, not entirely sure what dressmaking dolls you are referring to, if google translate is accurate as follows:

"Unfortunately, I have lost the two rag dolls with the new update. :( No idea what's going on with the dressmaking dolls, otherwise a brilliant mod - but I'll give up mods first ... Was a pretty annoying surprise since the two sets were on."
Sphynx 23. feb. 2019 kl. 12:07
Shincry 23. feb. 2019 kl. 9:24
@xenophobe Oh right, i'm stupid, now it works
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 23. feb. 2019 kl. 8:17
@Shincry, in the launcher click the Data Files button and make sure the mod is checked, then click the Save Changes button under the mod list box.
Shincry 23. feb. 2019 kl. 6:38
Installed from Enderal Launcher but whenever i upgrade it paying 300... It just get some stuff but not the one from the screenshots (For example no cooking station)
Elemental Gearbolt 22. feb. 2019 kl. 16:06
@Xenophobe Oh that was it. Yeah I didn't pay the 300 pennies but I did and it's working perfect now. Thanks! :D:
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 22. feb. 2019 kl. 11:24
@Vess, it does not have the Phanstam Crafting Table, but that wasn't in there with the regular version. You may be able to buy the blueprints for one but there's not a lot of room in there to place it.
Vess 22. feb. 2019 kl. 10:48
Does this house have a Phanstam Crafting Table?
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 22. feb. 2019 kl. 6:34
@Fall Down Bear, did you pay the 300 pennies at the board by the door inside? Did you click the Save Changes button when you enabled it in the mods list?

@Sphynx, you're welcome. The 300 pennies was what the vanilla upgrade cost, all I did was change things around a little.

@TheMetalfreak360, yes it does. I didn't make this mod until after I got to Ark and found the house a bit too cramped for my tastes.
TheMetalfreak360 22. feb. 2019 kl. 4:29
This works fine with games already started right?
Sphynx 22. feb. 2019 kl. 2:32
Thank you so much for this mod! To activate it I had to pay 300 gold next to the door, but thats more than a fair price. I'm so happy that I don't have to decorate everything on my own again. Works perfectly for me by installing it over the Enderal Launcher - Skyrim Workshop - and then activate it in the .esp files.
Elemental Gearbolt 21. feb. 2019 kl. 23:05
I have the mod installed, it's in the data files and enabled however the house has not changed and is still the original version. Is there something I'm missing?
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 21. feb. 2019 kl. 19:37
@Darth Jimmi, not sure why that would happen, nothing is added in this mod that is not part of the game already.

If you have more than one mod installed, in the launcher try clicking the Data button and moving the house mod up or down in the load order and save setting, then try again. Sometimes multiple mods will conflict.

If you only have the house mod installed, try uninstalling the mod and re-downloading it.
Darth Jimmi 21. feb. 2019 kl. 18:31
Hey! i like the idea, but after i installed this mod i get a CTD when my main menu loads in..
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 21. feb. 2019 kl. 6:12
@Crlsniper, I have no plans to mod the noble district house. It's all about location for me, and the Marketplace house has the smithing stuff right out the door, enough merchants for selling off loot and the bank right there.
Dragon Fist Ent 20. feb. 2019 kl. 22:18
any plans to upgrade the noble district house? its pretty good, but they didn't put any storage in there for some reason.
Skyrim Mod Developer M7 (Ret.) 20. feb. 2019 kl. 18:49
okay thanks for the update.
M7. :)
Xenophobe  [ophavsmand] 20. feb. 2019 kl. 16:13
@Skyrim Mod Developer M7, actually got the CK working, but I'm not sure if Skyrim can be installed at the same time ... and I'm not messing with it to find out. I'll post my steps in the Enderal Discussions forum.
