Can you make different icons for the two badges? It's pretty hard to tell which is which.

Not Agent 4, there is. Go to Mafia Town, and get in the sandmobile, then the water. Don't worry, Hat Kid won't drown unless you get out then it says "oh hey he's in the water"

Yeah, any Kismet sequences aka cutscenes buttons etc anything that relies on the player passing a certain point is just broken

Once the Sand Mobile is spawned in a chapter, perhaps disable spawning in that same chapter? The Sand Mobile survives you leaving the chapter, and will be there when you come back.
