This map has many missing texture and big red glowing letter right? You will need Counter Strike Source

Smash this ling and broke the Download button and move this forcely to your Gmod addon file

for shine dont use "mat_specular 0" it removes shine, try this but u must open properties>set launch option, +mat_dxlevel 95. it works. it removes missing textures.

if you have shiny black and white reflections, then you just type this in commands: mat_specular 0
