That is quite odd. It has disappeared entirely, it isn't even on RTSL. I might have to upload it somewhere so people can still play this.

If it doesn't list it at all, then you will need to re-do the instructions to get the content loader to pick it up.

It must also be named "killthemonk" in Steam\steamapps\common\sourcemods\
Check in your console all the way at the top, it will have messages in colored text for
"ContentLoader[SV]: "
Check for where SourceMods are being loaded from, and that it lists:
"ContentLoader[SV]: Found SourceMod 'Kill The Monk' in 'pathtosm'"

I have not encountered these double door crashes that you have. I have tried on listen server, and two separate dedicated servers, opening every single door and it has not crashed.
Maybe your server has corrupted double door models?

It would appear that the update they made on the 9th of February reformatted the whole way the scenes and some sounds work. I will update this with the fixes and work-arounds in a few mins.
