These are games. This map is back from the gmod era where you had to own these games or get the content yourself from a 3rd party source.

asking because of the music choice in the map trailer : 3

found out only the trim on the side of the bridge has missing textures, aswell as the gaps between the two lanes, thankfully those metal catwalk materials in the middle cover those missing textures up decently well.

Though, unfortunitely, two or three buildings in the skybox have missing textures. l i t e r a l l y a t t h e c e n t e r o f t h e c i t y
