I just figured out how to make a SCP-173 npc!
Get weeping angels mod, get THIS mod, get model manipulator, play gmod, turn AI thinking off, spawn SCP-173 model, use model manipulator, enjoy getting killed non-stop! ;)

This guy is broken now. He doesnt seem to appear in the spawn menu anymore. (yes, i searched entities) Thats a shame! I used to use him alot.
