There isn't a guide for this as far as I know. I mostly figured it out myself while also referencing a few translation mods that do something similar.

Basically, in the hat editor, make a new content folder like you have to do for other types of mods. Then right click in the gray area and click "New Font". Then inside the dialog that it opens, there should be some settings you can play with, and a button that says Choose Font. Click that and select your font.

Then from there, it's mostly an asset replace mod that replaces the normal fonts with your custom one. You should be able to reference my mod, or I think the Chinese translation mod was a good example as well.

Note that I had to spend a bunch of time manually applying offsets to each of the characters, because they didn't line up very well, which was a very painful and time consuming process. This might not be an issue depending on what font you use, but be warned.

How on earth was this mod made? i cannot find a guide anywhere! Can anyone link me to a forum? I'm attempting another mod like this one on my own.
