I use this in conjuction Item Recycling so that I can smelt so much junk back into useful materials.

Dobry bajer 100% działa
The Massacrerer 13. jan. 2016 kl. 19:50
Great idea, but too much XP (IMHO). I think the XP needs to be about half of what it is in this mod.
Phoenix Knight 11. jan. 2016 kl. 6:03
So much good
Hydraulic Head Gaming 16. juni 2015 kl. 2:18
This mod is a saviour
AndrooID 6. apr. 2015 kl. 6:13
this looks really nice but will it work with other smelting mods ? i mean i have mod where i can smelt cooking pot/iron armor/weapons to iron ingot or dwarven armor/weapons to dwarven ingots... will it increase my skills with this mod ?
ImproperlyMedicatedTaskForce 9. juli 2014 kl. 12:17
To me it just doesn't seem like smithing should increase smithing, could you make a seperate mod for tanning to increase smithing? To me that would make more sense since you actually have care for your handiwork as a opposed to what basically amounts to plugging and pulling.

Or, I suppose it would be even better if only some ores returned experience, such as composite ores like steel.

Trust me. Smelting alone is all you will need. As long as you pro-actively mine, you'll get a huge boost. Kolsgegger mine near markarth with the gold.... You'll jump at least 10 levels in that mine alone. Mining increasing as well as smithing also lead ot leveling TOO fast.
Ocean Bacon 6. juli 2014 kl. 5:37
what about mining?
cptsavarus 17. juni 2014 kl. 23:33
Thanks very much for this. I'm not into convenience mods; only the ones that help make Skyrim what it always should have been. This one does just that. Nice job!
Noxx 22. maj 2014 kl. 12:37
This mod has save me from punching kittens. Thank you for less annoying smithing! lol.

I really like this idea and feel that it brings balance to the game. Giving it a go.
| Noobieman 17. nov. 2013 kl. 4:38
thanks, looking forwards to using this as I oftenmine ore and then smelt etc
Kristoffer 14. nov. 2013 kl. 3:15

You know; this is NOT "All About BOB"! And for the record; who the hell is Bob? I have the stupid movie. Jeeze; I hate Bill Murray.

Love this! Works great! Thank you!
hyperparageom 8. sep. 2013 kl. 14:44
Speeds up my smithing. Logically, why should you not be rewarded with increased smithing when using a tool of the trade? (Thank you, Mister Spock:) ). Great job!
Garnet 13. aug. 2013 kl. 7:40
The best part for me about this mod is that its effect is also giving me exp when "recycling" gear into materials through another mod
A Simple Pigeon 9. aug. 2013 kl. 13:03
This is great to use with the recycling mod, good work. Training smithing always seemed really tedious to me, especially after the exp gain got nerfed.
The Commissar 8. aug. 2013 kl. 22:57
@mysteriousknight244

That question was already answered, and no, it does not.
VrisKCa 8. aug. 2013 kl. 22:01
does this require any of the dlc's for it to work?
Mirakil 7. aug. 2013 kl. 16:48
when i trained smithing i just spammed 2 handed weapons.
my cellar of lakevieuw manor is full of weapons. can barely move at some places there
Mr.Bubbles  [ophavsmand] 7. aug. 2013 kl. 16:28
Yeah. I'm a smithing nut and I felt that smithing was half broken because of not having this involved. With it not being involved I always found myself power leveling with daggers, jewelry, and leather armor.... and power leveling makes me feel dirty.
Mirakil 7. aug. 2013 kl. 14:16
thanks for making this mod!
this should speed up smithing
leveling it usually takes like forever
Mr.Bubbles  [ophavsmand] 7. aug. 2013 kl. 9:40
Glad you guys are enjoying it. Any requests just let me know and I'll look into it.
Garnet 7. aug. 2013 kl. 9:05
Just what i was looking for, handy for going legendary on smithing
FLAW3DLOG1C 7. aug. 2013 kl. 5:12

Ok thanks totally going to subscribe!!
Mr.Bubbles  [ophavsmand] 5. aug. 2013 kl. 16:53
N282. I've been currently looking into making a version of this that will work with those. Still doing so. Not very simple lol. And Yeast, This will work with other mods that do not interfere with the smelter.
Yeastbread9 5. aug. 2013 kl. 16:05
is this for vanilla?
N282 5. aug. 2013 kl. 13:59
Too bad it doesn't mesh with mods that let you smelt equipment down. I tried with a bunch of iron and steel junk, but got no increase :\
Salubrin 5. aug. 2013 kl. 1:56
Thanks for the mod by the way

RileyKilo 4. aug. 2013 kl. 13:32
Sold, I just started a new story and was lamenting the lack of smelting rewards. Thanks!

TheDevilNextDoor 3. aug. 2013 kl. 2:51
finaly i have wondered why this wasnt in the real thing
Mr.Bubbles  [ophavsmand] 2. aug. 2013 kl. 18:37
My thought exactly super spider. It's not like any fool can smelt down these materials. Someone with smithing experience is needed.. yet smithing did not increase it. Made no sense. I also felt dirty for power leveling with iron daggers and gold rings. This has made it so much better for me.
Spider 2. aug. 2013 kl. 10:42
this should be in the base game lol
