Can I install this mod on an existing character, respec and have enough points as though I always had this mod on?

Sorry I dont tend to make it compaltible with another class mod tho, cause I havent figured out how to do so in a custom class

@Aden: Yes, it gives 15 SPs each time you levelled up...

so this gives 15 stat points and skill points per levels? or it just starts you off with that much more?

The lazy cheater in me loves this mod. Sometimes I just want to obliterate everything like a stroll in the park. I choose to use it now as a means of leveling myself up a bit more when things get tough. For example: I find a horde of enemies that almost managed (if no succeeded) in killing me. So I exit, turn on this mod, then gain a couple levels (2-3 depending) so kind of give myself an edge. And for that I thank you.
