Right click Turok on Steam and go to Properties, check "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool"
Right click the game and launch the editor, on the "Workshop Items" tab you can select multiple mods by holding down ctrl or shift and clicking. Then just hit the play button on the top left. (If no mods appear try clicking the refresh button.)
Alternatively you can download the standalone version of the mod, you simply unzip the files into your game directory and the game will load them automatically.
