Hopefully one day someone will add a Martial Arts school/ After school Karate, there are a lot of them in the store plazas in my area and I'm surprised no one has made one yet to my knowledge!
Or a YMCA for that matter, but there is at least a Gymnastics in the Publix store set.

@luminou no, you can go to create asset building>park and then choose a template from a building there.

with the parkify mod, you can plop any park inside the park area, with the same functionality as park life buildings. So if you used a regular park template, more people would be able to enjoy it
