does the sound mod still works even if i have a different ak model mod? the skin im using for the ak is awesome but the sound is still the default ak sound which is annoying

I'm not exactly a fan of killing floor, but the sounds are so much better than the default sounds. I reccomend this to anyone who plays both L4D2 and Killing Floor, or just those who like sound mods for the guns.
