The desyncs happen right when any event with enemy pawns begins, and the debug logs show MPCompat errors referencing those mods. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a fix or update planned?

I seem to get some red errors in the debug log with quite a few other mods. The ones I see mentioned:
- Vanilla Expanded Framework ..... - "This part of the mod may not work properly!"
- Debug gizmos
- Item processor
- Hireable Factions
- Animal Behavior
- Vanilla Apparel Expanded
- Vanilla Weapons Expanded
- Faction Discovery
- Vanilla Genes Expanded
- Extra Pregnancy Approaches (?????)
- Building stuff requiring non-construction skill
- Expandable projectile
- Thing spawning on map generation
- Quest chain dev mode window
Things seem to be working normally so maybe it's fine? Just wanted to bring it up. Can't post log due to char limit.
Just download the release from their GitHub and copy it to the 'mods' folder (turn off Steam subscription for now
