What are the other skyline buildings? not Cayan Tower, the apartment-style ones

Hello, my name is Sergio and I have seen that you are a great creator of assetsahra. I am trying to carry out a project, the Dubai project, in which I want to build a large part of the city such as:
-Downtown
the sheikh zayed road etc..
but I don't know how to create assets and I would like if you could make some buildings on the heikh zayed road i downtown dubai.

Hello, amazing building ! i just have a issue when i am using RICO + realistic pop mod from whitefang, it only count the bottom floor (for ex 28 household instead of 239+) it happen only with this building and Marriott Hotel, your Ocean Heights and Elite residence work perfectly fine, it looks like it have something to do between the conception of this asset and the calculation use from realistic pop mod (based on the size of construction or Height lvl scaling ) so i guess there is nothing you can do :p

Go to rico settings and decrese the level. I had the same issue as you and it helped.
