That's the point, this is a map for a long game where it's about the ordering of your units not just the level. If nothing could get through, then it's a problem, but even then, you'd have had to manage to build that maze and so would your opponent.

If there's a fair difference in skill level, it will still result in a quick win. It's only for those of very similar ability that will see the long maze.
