I have bug. My Small Wind Generator || produce only 35kw despite I have all the research. Maybe it happend because I've made Small Wind Generators upgrades in different tabs(russian and english). Unfortunately I can't fix it even using the game editor.

How the heck is this possible? Such an advanced world - we have upgrades for almost everything, except we forgot about the windmill/windturbine. I guess there was a brain shortage? Welp, had to come and help their pros and show their mistakes :)

1) Small turbine produces 35 instead of 25 power units
2) Upgraded Small turbine produces 70 units
3) You need to complete the respective research at a level 5 bench to access the upgraded small turbine

Installation:
In the mod folder there is a packed mod in English. You need to extract the mod file from there and replace the original one.
