for the one who wants to configure it with a key extract the garrysmod_dir scripts folder with cfgscape

and then put in the garrysmod folder and if you want just leave the file "kb_act.lst"
and there you can put this command, just be careful not to remove the other commands that serve for game functions

It's stopped working properly for me lately. When I go into third person using this mod, the player character is extremely glitched up. They look normal using the camera tool and other third person addons such as the Lightsaber SWEP however.

I don't know if this is because of a new mod I downloaded conflicting with it, or the result of the most recent update...

I know your comment is old and this will still benefit everyone still wanting to bind just one key to toggle this addon, I have a method I just learned recently.

bind "incrementvar rotating_third_person_addon_enabled 0 1 1" to any key you wish. this will turn it to a toggle command.

Example: bind "y" "incrementvar rotating_third_person_addon_enabled 0 1 1"

I love that the camera can rotate around you when not aiming. Easier to get certain screenshots. However, it's a bit tedious sometimes to continue holding the button down to aim. If this is still being worked on, it possible to change this to where clicking the button once changes between aiming/not aiming, instead of needing to hold the button down to continue aiming?
