Is this a recurring issue or did it only happen once? As the shop spawning one item shouldn't be possible due to the donation machine, the minimum should be two. There is however a rare shop variant that spawns only one item: https://bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com/Shop#Rare_Variants

If the issue only happened once that may be the cause?

I love this idea! But before the mod, when entering the store I had worked my way up to five items available, now with the same amount of coins inserted there is only one.
