I didn't see these bugs in the tests I have done.
The only one I can confirm is at the place, with the barrels and the jetpack (if this is the one you meant), I tried to do a "sector over sector", and it's broken, but playable.

Interesting map. Bigger than I thought it would be (that's what she said, etc etc). There are a couple of minor faults, like getting stuck on spots or bullets vanishing as you try to shoot into a particular room, but those were rare. It also got really trippy for a minute, but I think that was intentional lol
