May I suggest adding some utility trains to this collection? There are not many in the WS, but I like the ones by sanyu321: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2573613530 and https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2532430049 - I think those fit well here and will be easier to find.

to follow up on Mr. V's question "Hello, Why do you remove assets "Railyard retaining"? (1964468483 & 1964465895)". Indeed, why did you remove those? These were lovely and I would be very happy to have them back! Any chance? Best regards

It's an eyecandy train that can be used in railyards. You'd use any rwy station in your yard and set custom train stop in your yard to make it a bit more alive. When you subbed to shunters, you were supposed to disable their regional spawning function, so you could have assigned them ONLY when and where you need them, as custom train line.

Excuse my newbieness,but what do "shunters" do ? I'm using Shinkhansen tracks and noticed one when I was testing the line.It was funny,because I missed the stop signs at the junctions and all my trains were acting like the cars.Flying and jumping and stuff.This game can be hilarious when it's not making one pull their hair out. lol.

I wouldnt recommend to sub everything because certain items have their own requirements, such as they require a prop pack or a mod to function properly. So always check each item to see if they something extra to work properly.

Since you mentioned, I also recommend to check Aquila's guide for beginners, and her collection of items. This Beginnner Guide shoul help you to understand how game works:

All the time I see something from Railyard collection I am tempted. But I already have 1040 assets and the collection is huge. I have no clue how the game works and what slows it down so how "safe" can I feel downloading all the collection?

Thanks, I was already moved them from my workshop folder to my AppData folder.

they'll be back when steam decides to address multiple violations and harassment made by that user as he was reported multiple times by multiple creators.

@aubergine18 you can place the invisible train station inside the depot and use IPT2 to make trains spawn there.

Will there be mod to make depots actual depots (just like MOM turns its metro depot in to a working depot)?

yeah I did, still a lil used to simcity 4 lingo :P it was the cargo terminal station that had them

I guess you mean required side assets etc. I did add for mines but gonna check for others
