The hat is a an Old weared out Coal mining light that has a light that shines in the dark,Since the tragic update of the update where Valve deleted all these hats from the Sniper VS Spy update,things have been going frustrating for me and others,i want this hat,and other hats that were added,but now,they deleted it,and they don't delete any of the other hats,I hope Valve adds those hats again,and if they don't,they should at least add hats that are similer to the ones from the Sniper VS Spy update...

The effects i like when it's in the dark,the rip of the light bulb will light up (Not the full area cause Valve does not want to do that and it will help the person who is wearing the hat advantages in dark areas,and Valve does not do that kinda hat either)

One of those is discontinued and another isn't a mining helmet, just a generic hard-hat with a slapped on gimmick as well as being promotional, 1.
