I don't actually have this addon, but if stuff isn't shining, it's usually because the map doesn't have cubemaps. This is an issue on the part of the maker of the map you're playing on (or source being source), so there isn't much you can do about it. Unless you're on flatgrass or construct. If you're on those maps and there is no shinyness, open the console and type "buildcubemaps" (no quotes.) When you press enter, close your eyes cause things get very flashy, so people with epilepsy be warned.

Considering there wasnt a Halo 3 Anniversary , i would consider this False Advertisement, that and the model is way to shiny, and the only time you can tell hes Silver and not Gold is when hes in Direct Light. I can understand if there armor was a bit relfective with light which is what gave it its shine. But this is overkill as far as the shine goes, that and the armor looks to be meant for a Smaller Child Sangheili, to the put it looks like Peices are missing.
