I'm looking for the sealed deck part of this mod, is there a version out there that doesn't yell at me about my twitch integration?

I've seen someone else comment about it, but the draft system from slay the streamer is one of the most fun ways to play the game, given it removes some of the slog and allows you to establish a foothold early. Please make a mod to add that to regular gameplay?

latest basemod and/or stslib broke this mod. game goes to start up, then crashes before it gets to the main menu. if i remove only this mod, my game works just fine.

How do you uninstall this mod? I unsubscribed, but it's still installed.
I also scrolled through my mod list multiple times, but I don't see it in there.

Can you make a separate mod that starts each run with the draft system you used for this mod? I really like how you did it, but there aren't any other mods that do what you do.

For those that are confused, the twitch config that you need to find is found in the base game's files. It is not a file associated with this mod. This mod just uses that information to function properly.

Is there anywhere I can find instructions for this? Just subscribing to the mod does not work, Frost said there is stuff that needs to be edited in files, and the discord was not helpful. Please. I just want my viewers to kill me in the game.

i cant seem to get it to work, it keeps CTD before it even loads the Logo/Intro of the game

I ran one stream completely flawlessly yesterday, added a few things, and it did not work, and now I cannot do it at all. Help!

Is it possible to turn off boss selection? It kinda breaks the Downfall Mod I like to use a lot.

A cool update I think would be to add options in the settings to disable or enable certain things. For example: Disable boss voting, thus returning it to the semi-random bosses.

I think that the 2.0 update may have broken a few parts of this mod. The top ui containing the twitch icon (gets placed beneath the clock) and the image beside the name is placed underneath the name. I am also experiencing a strange crash in a particular treasure room. I will take the treasure and then the game will crash. The only other mods I have are the 2 required mods.

the game crash everytime when the viewers decide to remove a card at the beginning

can anyone help - i get the voting buttons only for which card to pick - but the bosses are not named after viewers in chat and there is no chat bubbles on screen.

Can you make it use the "channel" name instead of the "user" name in the Config file? Kinda looks weird it saying "Chat vs XXBot" instead of "Chat vs XX" since you are going against the streamer, not their bot

How to fix the "LWJGL Application" error

To anyone experiencing this:
Make sure you link your twitch to the base version of StS first.
When you've got that all set up, then you can launch the modded version
without any problems.

What the heck is the fix for that???

Hey I tried this mod last night with my chat and had a ton of fun, the main bug I ran into which I hope could get fixed is that one of my viewers (accidentally) crashed the run by having the enemy say a long line of W's, then when I restarted the game and tried continuing the run the game was unable to continue and I had to restart.

Additionally it'd be neat if the chat bubbles could last a liiittle bit longer since they only hold for a few seconds. Nice mod, keep up the good work!

There is another issue with how much someone can type im guessing this is done to reduce spam but sometime it just stops randomly and others wont even work usually when there are multi mobs this is worse ive noticed The Collector gets 1 line then thats it while the summoned minions can speak as much as they like (Also deciding how much mobs can chat would be neat)

The streamer in queston is TSM_TheOddOne the past few days of vods should have it towards the end of the streampast 2-3 days would probs be best to see what i mean.

@Chronometrics If you click next before the key animation finishes you dont collect the key and you lose it, yes you can wait but ive seen to many times people forget and so you have to lose 2 relics for it.

As for logs i dont have any and besides the first time launching the streamer hasnt crashed since.
What i have observed when watching the stream, usually about 100+ people vote but only a select few get chose this can happen right awat eg trash mob and elite the next fight.

This gets worse if you do conescutive runs w/o a restarting of the game, restarting the game seems to fix it.

King Will - could you describe what's buggy regarding key taking and boss voitng? Or better yet, message me some crash logs! In terms of name dupes, currently it's pure random from the last votes to ensure maximum presence of monsters in chat - you fight about 40 enemies over the course of a run so you're likely to see several dupes a run due to sheer probability for most audiences, and people who vote consistently often will have a reasonably high dupe chance.

Ace Moon - as it is, it's difficult for streamers to play the game and read the bubbles. Many streamers get very focused when math is involved, and they are already keeping an eye on actual chat as well! I may extend the timer on monster messages a tad though.

no_sushi - the monster names are drawn randomly from the pool of voters. I can work on making an option to exclude names that have already shown up, or weight them in some way, but no timeline on that.

The Bored Bear - apologies, looks like I forgot to put a check in. To fix that error, setup your Twitch integration for the vanilla game first, then the mod should work fine! I'll fix that in a future patch, sorry for the trouble!

I tried playing it without any other mods, and I'm sitll getting that error.

The code seems to be buggy with the key taking and boss voiting also A LOT of dupes in terms of names, for those still crashing try turning off other mods.

Hey Chronometrics! Love the mod, it's oodles of fun to watch TheOddOne play through it. One suggestion: Could you make it an option to prevent repeats? We're seeing quite a few of them in recent runs (one guy reappeared 5 times). Even if the pool is small (only 70-80 people vote at a time), the amount of repeats seems a bit high.

Seems to be broken. I can't get it to launch with a clean copy of the game.

Just a thought, how about a character in the background that speaks random lines from chat during combat (around 1 line per 4 secs or something)?

Ill throw this out as ive been testing it it dosnt work with other mods that change the game in most ways so Hubris/other characters or atleast none that i use. Superfastmode can work but seems to make it bug at times

One recent steam it seemed alot of the text in chat was missed and alot of the names repeated. I would think with 3k people names wouldnt repeat as much. Is there a prerequisite? If not i dunno but if you want to watch the Vod its was TSM_theoddone steam same date as this comment
