Can you try putting them at the bottom? The key is that the patches have to be loaded "after" the main mod so that they can override main mod files with blank files.

So, uhm, I think I'm doing something wrong, but both of the patches that remove origins and this one don't work. I've put them both right on the top of the mod list, but it still doesn't work. Could you please take a look at that? Thanks!

Thank you for saying so! Although this reminds me that this patch is probably flagged as out of date... even though it doesn't matter because it's just a blank text file, it is annoying so I should probably work on that soon maybe!

Thanks for keeping all this stuff updated. It's been a serious stress saver, finding your work. My other alternative was out of date and throwing up all kinds of errors. Your mods are now my go-to government expansion mods.
