@Eule I am really looking forward to playing this, if only it could be updated. Also, can anyone please tell me how to go back to version 3.0.1.1? I honestly haven't a clue on how to do this.

Crashes the game every time I try and use it. Fail.

This mod doesn't work in the launcher wen I am launching the game and it crashes and then I retsart it and it doesn't work again.

Go to version 3.0.1.1 that's when the holy fury update got released

Yeah it keeps crashing for me too. The launcher closes, and the game refuses to start.

After the 3.1 great works update, this no longer works for me, it just crashes after i click play on the launcher. Do you plan on updating it for 3.1 by any chance? I really like this map.

The idea is fantastic. I am still hyped to play CKII but cannot find a start character which really motivates me atm. So, this is the diversion I am actually looking for. Unfortunately, the CKII launcher idles and crashes on start now. I actually had to deinstall the whole game since I couldn't find the changes of the mod somewhere...

Anyone know of a way to get this to work with Fantastical Kingdoms?

an idea i think would be good is to make the trade routes come from the top of the map downwards and have some off map power like base games china. and if the trade routes sticks to one side of the map (maybe the coast of the middle land and the right island) and have gold mines on the left island that will eventually run out. this will then give more of a reason to push east and make raiding more rewarding. idk if or how this can be added but its just an idea i had

crashes before start up

can you take another look at trade routes? because I rolled some random world starts and noticed that the warm breath trade route adds a 173% increase to the levy size of any county it goes through, which seems a bit much.

To trigger crusaders and stuff I use;

Catholic crusades to be unlocked say event 39660 (I normally call it as the pope or with the pope's char ID after. Otherwise the text for the first even will say your rulers name called the crusader. But it doesn't hurt anything.)

For Muslims; event 39670.

Just wonder if you could clean up the borders? It's a bit annoying having a furdal empire with some borders being completely straight. Great work and I love the idea of playing South of a planets equator.

@Ginufe I use quite a large variety of mods even ones that haven't been updated in a long while without problem meaning that the conflict probably comes from a mod in particular.

This map causes my game to not boot up at all. I've tried with all other mods turned off and it still won't boot to main menu.

I've managed to play for about 90 years (wow) after shattering the world with full religion, culture, etc, and only having dukes on the ~900 starting date, with no crashes. The only two complaint I have is that all 3 starting days naturally have it set to feudal, which makes me feel like a big ooga booga when I was playing, and it took a long time to load into the game after a few sessions. But besides that this mod is very good, and a good change of pace.

how dissapointing its not for me too bad i have no other dlc i tought it would be without dlc , but its not.

I've been running my Map for a Couple of hours; 15 Years so far.
Perhaps it is a DLC? I only have three DLC Not bought (Jade, Horse Lords, Reapers Due)
So I Don't know exactly if thats the problem.

How large is the world your creating?

The version I have is only a few days old so I think I have the most recent version. The maps generate fine but crash when in-game after playing for 3-5 minutes. How long have you guys tested your maps? Perhaps it is due to one of the DLCs? I'll have to test that soon.

Regarding uploading the map, you just go into the game main menu, "Content Settings" or something (it's on the bottom), and upload it from there.

It just makes the map you want while the game generates the Empires

So Far I've created several Maps... (No Trade routes currently as I lack Jade Empire/Horse Lords)
Now... Trying to figure out the Workshop.

I have been having constant crashes with any generated CK2 Generator map, I'm not certain what is causing it. This is why I asked earlier about crashes.

The minimap is actually REALLY easy to do and should only take about five minutes. TBH, you can make these custom map mods very pretty with just a little bit of graphical work.

@Yaitz331 What you need to do is download it manually through the Steam Workshop Downloader that you can google for. Steam doesn't work for me either when trying to subscribe to mods.

@Mint No, it's not downloading at all. I restarted the game, the whole Steam, and even looked in the files. The mod isn't downloading at all.

Good work, ty, but this map has problems with the economy. I've started as TR on trade route and has 100+ gold mounthly income. It's too much for 1 province on the first starting date. Please fix it.

Damn, I'm now 100+ years in-game and it's become unplayable. It crashes every year... Does anyone else have the same issue? It just crashes to desktop, no notification or error or anything, the game just freezes for 2 sec and then crashes...

One suggestion (read, thing that I'd really like) would be changing the minimap to reflect your map but I don't know if the effortrequired is worth it

Been playing it for quite some time, and I have to say that it needs polishing. The game keeps crashing for me every so often the longer I play it... It is good and amazing, but please fix the crashes.
