On the latest version of the game, a noticeable offset appears to the top and bottom on the badge/flag/banner.

If I disable the mod, the offset issue fixes itself

I can set up a list for you if you like,
Then on load screen, shows tips as well, I'm sure people would love it :)

I think this issue is rare enough as I barely found anything regarding that online...
So we can skip it, I don't wanna bother you over something as tiny.
I do enjoy it as well as your other mods, so thanks for the hard work, it dramatically enhances gameplay!

Isn't modding fun, when Firaxis hasn't provided the community with sufficient tools to search, identify and fix mod conflicts??
Also one more thing to note regarding this bug - I noticed that only after I do some action during my game-session regarding *saves* (such as loading a file, restarting map, exiting a save and re-loading it etc.) - this thing gets fixed on its own. I hope this helps you reproduce the bug!
