Development is currently on hold atm, while i might comeback to PA modding in the future, so dont expect updates now.

I think you should change the name of the holding cell to hotel as it would kinda make sense since that is where they will be staying until they can find a house, am i right?

also maybe make it so that at shops, rich civilians can buy a bike which means that they can go at max speed while outside.

to boost their entertainment strength. if they are too far you can place a relay which on occasion requires maintanence. also a cellphone tower can be placed and has a chance to boost some stats, and garunteed to boost stats if they have a phone.

add a radio / tv station (room), a new person type that is used, (and obviosly prisoners / civilians can work in it) and it has a console (like a cctv moniter) that you can connect to nearby tvs / radios

@thomwit02 I don't think it is possible for me to add multiple layers, so you can just make rooms looking like office building or something like that. Also, if i get back back to modding Prison Architect, i will try to fix some stuff with this mod.

Maybe you can make it that we can build more floors so we can build office buildings

@Spawnfury crime rates, i think you mean danger level. You have some stuff going on, like Armed Guards (SWAT) patrolling, however you can ignore these but stuff like Riots will also decrease the likes of your prisoners (civilians if you talking about this mod)

I question, the new needs? Crime rates are to high and the town dislikes the Curfew? Mind explaining how to fix that?

Can the Creator of the Mod do this, If the Civillians are Protesting And Kill/Knock out Are Able to Take Their Equipment And Use it?

M16 rifles are actually somewhat common in foreign militaries. Russia has some as it isn't hard to get your hands on one if you are a literal country. infact, some countries buy them in bulk as the US is fond of exporting M16's. India and Saudi Arabia are some of the biggest buyers. (India likes to buy most of it's equipment. Most Indian tanks were purchased from Russia, and most Indian rifles were purchased from either Russia or the US.)

I'f you'd Try to Pick a Starting Nation, It'd Most Likely be Hard Because The Mayor, Would be the President And the Chief of Security Would Most Likely Be the Minister of Defense.Plus i'f She/He'd do that That'd Probably Add a Events For Example A Protest.

Ok I have finished construction of the massive gulag. Production is well 1 prisoner attempted escape. He now lives in the deepest darkest corners of the gulag. With All Swat teams glued to the exterior of his cell. Over all 10/10 mod would recommend.

what about just having it be generic, and have the soldiers just be renamed to "Army" as to not suggest WW2-2 electric boogaloo when US troops arrive in your recreation of Berlin.

A start nation? Are you sure it's possible?

I also suggest to be able to pick a starting nation, instead of just have US style anything, but things like German or British style architecture.

I like the owners call on the prisoners being able to do more things, and store as a zone, and able to be standard police force units.

and even then, the US army getting the Moscow is a challenge in of itself, may even be impossible because... well, we all know Russia... (big, big... has a big military.. and big. Did I mention Russia is Big? like going from St. Petersburg to Moscow is like going from New york to Miami. So... Big)

Don't think the Soldiers should be called US army because I might be re-creating Moscow, and the US army showing up may be hinting at the idea some nuclear warheads might be flying.
