im not sure what the deal is with the mod not working anymore but for now you can just use this https://i.imgur.com/ugvoXyP.png and paste it in doorkickers - action squad / media / interfaces in your local files. if someone else gets a working version up on the workshop ill just take this one down.

I think updates have broke the mod, it still showed original buttons for me instead of PS3/4
