Very good tactic, I had a struggling premier league team, looking at a bottom-half finish, I've been using this tactic for 20 games now and i'm 5th in the league. Thank-you for sharing!

I have watched YouTube videos of people winning leagues with this tactic in lower/high tier leagues and dominating everything. However, when i use it I fail badly! Ive tried with so many teams and I just cant figure out what im doing wrong! Even with 5 star staff and desired attributes in the right positions...I crumble to late goals, my strikers dont score, I get heavy defeats from smaller teams. I so want this to work! Can anyone help here?

The default Genpress tactic works better for my team (almost always win) but this tactic is far more entertaining when it gets going, some lovely passes and goals. Think I will stick with it and try to get some players more suited to the roles.

This tactic has potential but playing as Forest Green my players are simply not really suited to the roles, especially the AMR/L & Forward. I have no striker score yet in 10 games and the wingers it's about 50/50 how they perform. If we win we win 4-0 (usually all goals scored in the last 5 mins) or we loose 2-0

This tactic have never failed me, from day one after testing a lot of tactic in ver 19.1. This always bring consistency, just plug and play it brings the best out of any team. And after quit the game for 6 months, i decide to play this again. When browsing the tactics and see this, i know i dont need to look further more. And it worked like a miracle, as always...

Can you help me with your tactic? I subscribe it, and i dont see this tactic in game, why?

Hmmm, I don't remember everything by heart, a few roles tweaks, couple instructions & corners routine I think is all ?

just remove spaces & place the file in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2019/Tactics folder.

Looks like a fun tactic. In the screenshots it shows wingers and a poacher but in the actual tactic you have trequista and poachers?

Tested with the best and worst team in the Norwegian premier division, and this thing sure works like advertised bringing in the trophy and a fourth place. I'm impressed with how well the tactic handles players that aren't natural in their roles. With the bad team I only had the wing backs as natural or accomplished, while the entire rest of the 9 roles (GK, BPDs, A, VOLs, Ts and AF) where unconvincing or competent. As long as your players know the position on the field and aren't too bad skill wise, this tactic can pull of some really great results. If you get a transfer budget that enables you to get suitable players for all spots, I imagine you can come far into the Champions League with a mid sized club with some luck.

I hope you try to make more tactics as this one not only had results but was FUN to use as well with all the crazy scores :D

Après oui, ça je le dis dès le début, la tactique a jamais eut pour vocation de jouer le jeu patient, de possess etc

La plus part des buts seront hors surface ( tirs de loin ), beaucoup de tirs par matchs mais tout ce jouera sur la réussite ( tu peux marquer 5 fois comme 0 ), tendance à encaisser beaucoup de buts de loin.
Clairement tu prends n'importe quelle équipe tu iras loin, mais faut pas aimer le beau jeu car toujours les mêmes buts.
C'est une tactique gagnante n'hésitez pas si vous voulez aller loin.
