Whenever you get around to making a Confederate States of America civ, I believe it may be best to either make the capital always Montgomery (the first capital) or to make it Montgomery on the TSL map on YnAEMP. Richmond is far too close to the US capital to make any sense at all in Civ 6.

Why would he maintain a strong standing army and respect civilizations that also have one, while simulatenously condemning them if they have high gold and a strong standing army? Is there a typo or am I missing something?
