@MR2 I'm not sure about that. I loaded this up with two different mod loadouts and I eventually found it was this mod causing the problem. The generals under recruitment do show up with the medals but for some reason makes the army/naval/air/political advisors missing

FYI, just did a compatibility check w the new NSB DLC 1.11.1. Seems to be working, but it also reverts researched armor to unresearched. So it is a nogo!

answered that question for this mod to still be playable insert this into the file right above the gain_xp slot for each trait

allowed = {
FROM = {
tag = SOV
}
}

this will make it so the traits are to specific nations instead of all you're welcome

FYI, to have traits nation-specific, just add this:
allowed = {

tag = SOV
}
}
will only show the trait for SOV, for example

I've done some testing, and it looks like your mod breaks MTG. It makes Congress have no members. Can you think of any reason why it would do this?
