I can also highly recommend rusted pack file manager.

I can recommend rusted file pack manager it's pretty much replaced PFM now. I haven't had one issue with it like PFM and the creator updates regularly.

@Flying Fox Ya I think I need the pack editor to do that, and I would love to, but the pack editor is acting really wonky on my computer so until its updated to where it'll work for me I can't. Wouldn't mind if someone else did though.

I noticed that you have the entire vanilla table with only one changed row.
You can just delete all the rows you do not use and give the table a unique name. That way, your mod is more compatible with other mods that change the same table.
