Update to Vote Screen for Cooperation mode Map Collection

Thanks Nullifidian, got mapvote image working now as well as for ins_chinatown.

I tried to make a custom mapvote image (for the mapvoting screen) named cs_downtown_coop.vtf and cs_downtown_coop.vmt and put them in my mapvote workshop package. For some reason in game my image won't display. Same goes for the ins_chinatown map. Made custom screenhot for that map too (called ins_chinatown.vtf and ins_chinatown.vmt) but doesn't show the image in game mapvoting screen. Should i use different filenames for the mapvote images?
