If Hazard Course is installed it is necessary to change files in itself too,
(tested with custom folder installation instead of normal workshop usage)
otherwise, the Splash logo will not display correctly when starting a new game!

@geron2mo I don't like the overall "sense of humor" in Black Mesa UI either. This happens when exiting the game too... "funny" quotes would come out.

I don't really know what you could replace that with other than just "Half-life" but that is unchanged in this mod

Could you make the part where the title shows up in the beginning bigger like how it is. I play 1600 x 900. It's smaller than the black mesa logo ingame. I like there to be consistency.

I just realized the description got cut when I updated the mod.

Obviously, the folder name inside the workshop folder is different, look for the one that contains "hloriginallogo.vpk".

You should check the credits file. They add a lot of names and there are cleary differences between your file and the last one made by the CC.

I just tested this and it's working fine in the latest update. No need to make an update. Make sure you're following the instructions correctly (add the line to gameinfo, copy/paste to the bms/custom folder)

I think the mod is perfect as it is right now. No need to "mix" both Black Mesa and Half-Life logos. They are different products, and they should stay that way. Someone could make a user interface mod similar to this one that says "Half-Life: Black Mesa" or something like that...
