After trying several different mods that claim to make all DLC engrams available on all maps but don't work I finally found this one that does EXACTLY what it says.
Seriously needs more ratings so it can have a 5-star and be at the top of the list.
Important to note that they are not listed under the DLC they are for, but all show up under "The Island" but that's the same as most "Engram Anywhere" type mods.
the aberration engrams are unlocked fine.
Cross Aberration adds its own engram entries to get around things. That's why you have 2 of each.
