RE: mungus I think a lot of it has to do with his legacy on white supremacy and racism in the United States. I was actually about to comment in regards to that. He was notoriously racist, even for his time.

I will start by saying I LOVE this mod. It's a perfect Woodrow Wilson civ in my opinion (for btoh gameplay and historical accuracy). The only criticism I have is that the bio for Woodrow Wilson whitewashes a lot of the darker aspects of his presidency, and it should include the fact that he did more than any president since Reconstruction to advance white supremacy in the United States. For example he resegregated the federal government, he screened Birth of a Nation (the Klan propaganda film) as the first film to be watched in the White House, and he advanced the Lost Cause myth as an effort to rewrite the history of the Civil War to downplay slavery's role.
