So for some reason, this file downloads to a totally different place than where FM19 looks for them. When downloading this or any other views, you'll need to go to SteamLibrary\SteamApps\workshop\content\872790 and grab the .fmf files from each folder, then copy them to User\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2019\views. Hope that helps!
