This can be used to make airtight seals on both grid sizes and works in general still. The only problem I noted was I could open them manually but only from one side. And not close them. Solution, use buttons

@Rothank or anybody else who can answer. Is this mod still broken or will it work for small airtight ships?

Doors do not open anymore with the latest update, the animation starts but gets interrupted.

Hey Irondude! Was just wondering if this mod still works with the newer version. I just discovered a wealth of incredible stuff when I found your workshop - but much of it is older and I am hoping they still work.... ??? Thanks man.

I think the new update broke this. The doors "open" but they collide with each other. The open in the wrong direction. Just an FYI

I highly reccomend this for airlocks. The turining gives you the feeling like its really locked or somethin.

Nevermind its supposed to have a yellow highlight on the smaller handles in the corner, highlight doesnt show up but it does open and close from them.

Door moders should write if door fit for docking.
(if they are airtight when using merge blocks and if they weld faces together or separate after disconecting merge block).

p.s.
Because some doors are some aren't.......cool doors btw weird size 4x3x1

the selection-highlight on the door centerpart only works on one side

Look's great. One issue I have with alot of door mods is the door clipping through. Like in your screen shots. Could the door not be separated into pieces to have it fold away neatly?
