lesser is far quicker to build (did you mean to put 1000 perhaps), provides the same power output per tile (it should be less than 250, say 200), requires the same construction skill (since it's smaller it should be easier even if it's only at 5), and is cheaper(no complaints there). aside from that I love the idea of making smaller and larger vanometric power cells!
Then why don't you? Go into the mod folder and edit the recipe requirements to your liking.
Just my two cents mind you, it's not my choice what you do with it c: I just think I'd be too tempted to use these early on, but otherwise I would love a mod like this.

100 silver is much less value, than 200 steel... also they are ultimate power sources, they should at least cost advanced component, not a normal one and quite a few of them too.
Like this, you can even make it easier to set up their cost, I honestly recommend making them
size (1 / 2 / 3)x 50 steel, 20 plasteel and 1 advanced component, also make construction time much longer... you're not summoning them from nothing, you're building these futuristic energy generators from scrap metal, at least spend some time for getting infinite free energy...
