Just change the points, to
<li>(0, 0.0)</li>
<li>(1, 0.0)</li>
And it should block mechanoid breach raids

Turtle Friendly Raids has been updated for 1.3! It no longer disables mechanoid sieges, but it does disable breach attacks now. I'm not playing much RimWorld at the moment, but it should work. Please let me know if it doesn't!
